These Terms of Use and Purchase Conditions are applicable to the relationship between Polymernai, (hereinafter, “Polymernai” or the “Company”) and you (hereinafter, the “Client”), regarding all those transactions that you make on the website www.Polymernai.com (hereinafter, "Online Store").

3. AVAILABILITY OF THE SERVICE AND THE Polymernai PRODUCTS
The products offered on this website are available for the entire national (spanish) and international territory, as long as the borders are open. In case it is not possible to send to your country you will receive an email and a refund and cancellation of the order.
All orders for Polymernai products are subject to availability. In the event of supply difficulties or in the event of a lack of stock, Polymernai will inform you by email and will reimburse the Customer for any amount that may have been paid.
4. ORDERS
How orders are placed?
To place an order, the Customer must follow the online purchase procedure and click on the "CONFIRM ORDER" button. Subsequently, the Client will receive an email acknowledging receipt of their order ("Order Confirmation") within 24 hours after it. The Client will also be informed, by email, that the order is being shipped ("Shipping Confirmation"). How is the shipping and delivery done?

Is it possible to check the order status and order history?
If the Customer has his own account at www.Polymernai.com, he can track his orders by visiting "My Account" and clicking "View my orders". There, the Client will be able to see the history of their orders, as well as their status.

Can Polymernai cancel an order?
Polymernai reserves the right to cancel any order (even if it has been previously accepted), not being responsible for any damage and / or expense, in the following cases:

6. PRODUCT NON-CONFORMITY
Once the order has been received, it is recommended that the Customer check its status and, in the event of identifying any defect or non-conformity, may choose to (i) return the product, and that Polymernai return the corresponding purchase price, as well as all shipping costs that you may have paid, or (ii) replace the product with a new one in good condition, without additional charges.
7. EXCHANGE AND / OR RETURN POLICY
i. Returns & Exchanges
If for any reason the Customer is not satisfied with the product purchased at www.Polymernai.com, they have 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of purchase to return it.
Polymernai will proceed to reimburse the full amount of the price of the product using the same means of payment used by the Client for the initial transaction. The refund will be made within 14 calendar days of receipt of the merchandise at Polymernai warehouses. Shipping or return costs will not be reimbursed, if applicable. Shipping costs will only be refunded in the event that Polymernai has delivered a different product by mistake, or with a defect.
NOTE: For reasons of health and hygiene protection, exchanges or returns of reusable masks will not be accepted.
8. BUY AS A GUEST
The Polymernai website also allows purchase through the guest checkout functionality. In this type of purchase, the Client will only be asked for the essential data to be able to process their order.
Once the purchase process is completed, the Customer will be offered the possibility of registering as a user or continuing as an unregistered user.
9. PRICES AND TAXES
The prices of the products that appear on the website are those that apply at the time of purchase. Prices may be subject to change without prior notice, but will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
All product prices, shipping costs and other services include VAT. Shipping costs are added per order. Polymernai will always report the total price, including all taxes and other costs such as fees and possible delivery costs.

If you attempt to pay by any other means, Polymernai is not responsible for loss of payment or any other damage caused by the Customer's action.
Polymernai (through its payment gateways Wixpayments, Stripe and PayPal, which are the ones who will process and validate the payment data) is committed to protecting the personal information of its Customers, and for this it will encode the credit card data. On the other hand, during the purchase process, the identification number (CVV) of the Customer's credit card is required. CVV is a 3- or 4-digit numeric value that provides encryption control of the information recorded on the card. This security feature is designed to protect the Customer against fraud. Your CVV will not be stored in our systems and the Customer must provide the number each time they make a purchase at www.Polymernai.com.
When the purchase request and the Customer's data have been verified, and the products purchased have left the Polymernai warehouse, for shipping, the price charge will be charged to your account.
When the Client clicks on "AUTHORIZE PAYMENT", he confirms that the credit card is his or is its legitimate holder. Credit cards will be subject to checks and authorizations by their issuing entity, but if said entity does not authorize payment, Polymernai will not be responsible for any delay or lack of delivery and will not be able to formalize any contract with the Client. .

13. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE COMPANY
Polymernai guarantees the quality of the service contracted through the Online Store.

Failure to comply with any of these Terms and Conditions may lead to the return of the products or the cancellation of the services purchased by the Customer.
14. WARRANTY
Polymernai will respond to the Client for any lack of conformity that the deliveries manifest, within a period of two years, as established by current regulations. The warranty relating to any damage caused by use or improper use is excluded, as well as in general all those excluded by current legislation.

15. RESPONSIBILITY AND DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
Unless expressly provided otherwise in these Conditions, Polymernai's liability in relation to any product purchased on the website will be strictly limited to the purchase price of said product.
All descriptions, photographs of products, information and materials that appear on this website are provided "as a true body" and without express or implicit guarantees on them except those established by law. Some products may appear slightly larger or smaller than actual size, due to display settings and photographic technique. Other items may be represented in a size larger than their actual size, in order to clearly show the details; or smaller than its actual size, in order to show the entire article. In this sense, if the Client contracts as a consumer and user, Polymernai is obliged to deliver articles that are in accordance with the contract, responding to the Client for any lack of conformity that exists at the time of delivery of the product. Polymernai will use all reasonable means to end the "Force Majeure Event", or to find a solution that allows it to fulfill its obligations despite the "Force Majeure Event".

18. WRITTEN COMMUNICATIONS

21. COMPLETE AGREEMENT AND PARTIAL NULLITY
These Conditions, and any document expressly referred to in them, constitutes the entire agreement existing between the Client and Polymernai, in relation to their purpose. Likewise, they supersede any other prior pact, agreement or promise agreed between the Client and Polymernai verbally or in writing.
The Client and Polymernai acknowledge having consented to the conclusion of a contract without having relied on any statement or promise made by the other party or that could be inferred from any statement or writing in the negotiations entered into by the two before it, except for what is expressly stated mentioned in these Conditions.
Neither the Client nor Polymernai have any action against any uncertain statement made by the other party, verbal or written, prior to the date of a contract (unless such an uncertain statement had been made fraudulently) and the only action that The other party will provide for breach of contract, in accordance with the provisions of these Conditions.
If any of these Conditions or any provision of a contract were declared null and void by a firm resolution issued by a competent authority, the remaining terms and conditions will remain in force, without being affected by said declaration of nullity.
