shipping
The products are shipped by standard or registered mail, depending on which one you choose when ordering, within a period of 2-5 business days. After being shipped:
To Spain it usually takes 3-7 business days, although there have been cases in which it has taken two weeks. To the rest of Europe 4-30 days, and to the rest of countries 2-8 months. Please note that delivery times are very unpredictable and determining a specific date is difficult; If you need the order for a certain date please contact me before placing the order. Depending on the time of year, shipments could take beyond these deadlines.
cancellation policies
If you want to cancel the order and the item (s) in question has not yet shipped, simply send me a message and I will cancel it with a full refund no problem. In the event that the order has already been sent, we will proceed as if it was a return; after I recieve the intact products as they were sent, I will proceed to make a full refund.
RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with the product, you have two weeks from receipt to send it back to me (the shipping costs go to your account), and when it reaches my hands in perfect condition I will refund the money (shipping costs not included).
The items to be returned must be in perfect condition.
In the event that you want to make sure if the package is lost on the way and does not reach your hands, I also give the option of making the delivery certified, which you can select when making the purchase. Thus, knowing that it has not arrived, I will refund the money (shipping costs not included) or I will be able to send you a new copy. If you have decided to choose standard mail and the package is lost, I will not take responsibility, because the one who has to decide whether to run the risk or not is you. Also, in the case of Spain the difference is only a couple of euros, so you decide if it's worth it!
If you have made a mistake when placing your address when placing the order and therefore the object does not arrive, no refunds will be made if the object is not returned to me: if it is returned to me, I can send it back to you with the correct address .
