Shipping
Products are shipped via the postal service, either through standard or registered mail (depending on your selection when placing the order), within 2 to 5 business days. This does not apply to PRE-ORDER products, which will be shipped once the manufacturing process is complete (we will provide an estimated shipping date, but this is always subject to potential changes due to unforeseen circumstances).
Estimated delivery times:

Spain: 3-7 business days (although there have been cases where it has taken up to two weeks).

Europe: 7-30 days.

Rest of the world: 14-30 days.
Delivery times are highly unpredictable, and it is difficult to determine a specific date. If you need your order by a certain date, please contact me at raindogshop@gmail.com before placing the order. Depending on the time of year, deliveries may take longer than these estimates due to high demand on postal services or customs delays.
In case of package loss, we offer several options:

Standard shipping: If you chose standard shipping, and we do not have a tracking number to locate the package, it will be considered lost, and no compensation will be offered. Please note that while this shipping method is more affordable and rarely causes issues, problems can still occur.

Registered shipping: If you chose registered shipping and the package is lost, we can either provide a refund for the product (excluding shipping costs) or resend the product.

Incorrect address: If the package has not reached you due to an error in the shipping address, we will wait for it to be returned to us. Once we receive it, we can arrange a new shipment to the correct address.
Cancellation policies
It is possible to cancel an order if the package has not yet been shipped. To do so, please send me a message at raindogshop@gmail.com specifying the order number, and I will proceed to issue a full refund.
If the package has already been shipped, a cancellation can be requested by initiating a return (see the following section, "Returns").
For PRE-ORDER items, cancellations can only be requested during the pre-order period for the product. Once the pre-order period has ended, the funds obtained will be invested in the production process, and refunds will no longer be possible.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with the product, you can send us a message at raindogshop@gmail.com explaining that you would like to request a return.
You may return the product within two weeks of receiving it to the address I will provide. As soon as we receive it back in perfect condition, we will proceed to refund the cost of the product (shipping costs excluded). Please note that we do not offer a package collection service for returns.
