Sales price: The sales price is as listed on each product page, including consumption tax.

Additional fees: Polymernai Japan LLC handles the declaration of all applicable taxes and fees for each shipment, so customers should not be required to pay any additional charges. However, this may vary depending on customs procedures in each country.

Accepted payment methods: Credit card and PayPal.

Shipping

Preparation Time

  • Products are shipped from our warehouse in China through a shipping agent, who will select the most suitable carrier for each country.

  • All shipments include a tracking number.

  • The preparation and handling time is 2 to 5 business days.

  • Exception: Pre-order products will be shipped once the manufacturing process is completed. In this case, we will provide an estimated shipping date, which may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery Time

  • The estimated delivery time for packages is 14 to 30 days.

  • Delivery times may be affected by external factors such as carrier or customs delays, especially during certain times of the year.

  • Important: Delivery times are approximate and unpredictable. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order at: polymernai@gmail.com

Tracking and Lost Packages

  • In case a package is lost, you must contact us within 180 days from the shipping date to make a claim.

  • If the package is confirmed lost, you may choose between:

    • Product refund (shipping costs not included)

    • Reshipment of the product at no additional cost

Address Errors

  • If a package does not arrive due to an error in the provided address, we will wait for it to be returned.

  • Once received, we can arrange a new shipment to the correct address (additional shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer).

Cancellation policies

Cancellations

  • Before Shipping:
    It is possible to cancel an order as long as the package has not yet been shipped. To do so, please contact us at polymernai@gmail.com and provide your order number. In this case, a full refund will be issued.

  • After Shipping:
    If the order has already been shipped, cancellation can only be processed through the returns procedure (see the “Returns” section).

  • Pre-Order Items:

    • Cancellation can only be requested during the pre-order period.

    • Once the pre-order period ends, the funds are allocated directly to the manufacturing of the product, so a refund will no longer be possible.

Returns

Returns

  • Return Request:
    If you are not satisfied with your product, please send us a message at polymernai@gmail.com indicating that you would like to make a return. This request must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.

  • Return Shipping Period:
    Once the return is approved, you may send the product back within 14 days of receiving it to the address we will provide.

  • Refund:
    As soon as we receive the product and confirm it is in perfect condition, we will refund the product cost (shipping fees are not included).

  • Important:
    We do not offer a package pickup service for returns; the customer is responsible for shipping the product back.
