The Kumayaki is a combination of a kuma (bear) and a takoyaki, the famous street food made of savory batter balls filled with octopus.
Next is the classic Taiyaki Icecream, inspired by the traditional fish-shaped pastry that’s usually filled with sweet red bean paste, custard or, as in this case, ice cream.
The Pukupuku Pals design is based on dango, soft rice dumplings typically served on a skewer. Each dumpling ball represents a different animal!
And finally, the Fruit Sando design features (again) the fruit sandwiches, inspired by the strawberry and mandarin/orange versions.
