Shipping

We ship to all over the world with tracking (a tracking number is included in every shipment).

Customs and fees

The shipping price covers customs, fees and taxes. You won't pay extra when your parcel arrives.

Timeframes

• In-stock products — ships in 3-5 business days after the order is confirmed.
• Pre-orders — the estimated shipping date is shown on each product. It is usually several months.

Mixing pre-orders and stock

Please, do not combine in-stock products with pre-orders in the same order if you would like your order to be shipped immediately. In-stock items will be shipped together with the pre-order items in one package once production of the pre-order item has been completed.

The cutest packaging

To reduce our environmental impact, we save our boxes for larger orders so that we can make the most of the available space 🌱💗

For smaller orders, we use lighter packaging, also customized with our brand's colours and logo to make it extra adorable, while avoiding the use of more materials than necessary. This way, we reduce waste and the space occupied during transportation, without ever compromising the same love and care we put into preparing every order.
