Prices and Payment Methods

The sale price is displayed on each product page and includes consumption tax. Polymernai Japan LLC declares and pays the applicable taxes and duties for each shipment, so you should not have to pay any additional charges upon delivery of your order. However, this may vary depending on your country's customs procedures.

We accept the following payment methods: Credit card and PayPal.

Shipping

Processing Time

Products are shipped from our warehouse in China through a shipping agent, who selects the most suitable carrier for each destination country. Processing takes 2–5 business days and all shipments include a tracking number.

Products in pre-order are shipped once production has been completed. In that case, we will provide you with an estimated shipping date, which may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery Times

The estimated delivery time is 7 to 14 days. These timeframes are approximate and may be affected by external factors such as carrier delays or customs processing, especially during busy periods of the year. If you need your order to arrive by a specific date, please contact us at polymernai@gmail.com.

Tracking and Lost Packages

If your package is lost, please contact us within 180 days of the shipping date to submit a claim. If the loss is confirmed, you may choose either a refund for the product (excluding shipping costs) or a replacement shipment at no additional cost.

Incorrect Shipping Address

If your package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, we will wait for it to be returned to us. Once it has been received, we will arrange a new shipment to the correct address. Any additional shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Cancellations

Before shipping: You may cancel your order as long as it has not yet been shipped by emailing polymernai@gmail.com and providing your order number. We will issue a full refund.
After shipping: Cancellation can only be processed through the return procedure.
Pre-order items: Pre-order purchases can only be canceled during the pre-order period. Once the pre-order period has ended, the funds are allocated directly to the production of the product, so we are unable to issue a refund.
