If you're not satisfied with your purchase, this page explains how to request a cancellation, return, or refund. For general shipping and payment terms, please refer to our Terms & Conditions.

Cancellations

Before shipping

You can cancel your order as long as it has not yet been shipped. Simply email us at polymernai@gmail.com with your order number, and we'll issue you a full refund.

After shipping

If your order has already been shipped, cancellation can only be processed through the return procedure explained below.

Pre-order items

Pre-order purchases can only be canceled during the pre-order period. Once the pre-order period has ended, the funds are allocated directly to the production of the product, so we are unable to issue a refund.

Returns

How to request a return

If you're not satisfied with your product, please email us at polymernai@gmail.com to let us know you'd like to return it. Your return request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

Time limit to return the product

Once your return has been approved, you have 14 days from the date you received your order to send the product back to the return address we provide.

Refund

Once we receive the product and confirm that it is in perfect condition, we will refund the cost of the product. Shipping costs are not included in the refund.

Important: We do not offer a return pickup service. The cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
